We are a small but mighty team of professional creatives.

Our story

We are a team of three non-UK natives who moved to London to gain a Music Business masters. With friendly faces and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, we quickly became the go-to girls on campus for great advice on all things music marketing. We couldn’t believe how eager artists were to get some down-to-earth, effective, clued-in marketing advice, and how little info there was out there for anyone trying to share their music.

Cue: SHIFT. It wasn’t long until we realised we were stronger together, and took the leap to start our own business. We took our time and spoke to artists to find out not only what they need but what they want. We knew that if we were going to do this, we had to do it right, and that meant always putting the artist’s wishes first (because no one knows your art better than you do).

Ever since, we’ve perfected our craft and helped a number of artists reach truly exceptional heights.

With over 10 years combined experience, we have a wealth of professional experience, contacts, and knowledge at your disposal.

Our focus is to make sure that SHIFT can link people to the tools, people, and information that they need. We wanted to create a chain to connect the artist directly to the elusive world of the music industry, without holding you hostage to outrageous fees and excessive contracts. Above all, we want to help artists retain their independence.

The links we have create an endless chain that you can lean on to elevate your career, and we want to go above and beyond to help you do this. Need help finding a studio space? We have the perfect places in mind. Having trouble meeting music industry professionals? Want to learn more about the world of sync? We know just the people.

The reality is, we know it can be a really brutal world out there for artists. It can feel impossible to know what to do next, where to go, and who to turn to. That’s where we come in. Let us do the heavy lifting so that you can focus on what really matters: the music.
